Extract
Statements, Tally exports and registers read into structured lines: date, amount, counterparty, GSTIN. CSV, Excel, Tally XML, PDF or a photo. Unsure lines go to review.
Recon
Bank lines are matched to book lines: exact, same-day, fuzzy, your rules, then splits. What does not match stays visible with a reason code.
Narrate
The monthly MIS is built from matched lines only, and every figure opens the transactions behind it. A partner always signs off.
Chaser
A polite email reminder for missing documents, on a schedule, with a WhatsApp quick-send link. It stops when the document arrives.
